A surprise in the details
The hotel was a sanctuary in the bustling city, with clean, modern rooms and luxurious shower amenities that felt like a spa retreat. Breakfast was a delightful spread, and the front desk staff were always eager to assist with a friendly smile.
The WiFi connection was weak at times, making it difficult to stay connected. While the mattress was comfortable, those who prefer firmer beds might find it a bit too soft. A minor inconvenience but noticeable.

the soft mattress was almost like sleeping on a marshmallow, lovely right? also, the coffee at breakfast tasted like instant sludge. to top it off, i was expecting a complimentary upgrade for being so special but got mere ordinary service instead. i almost posted a glowing review, but couldn’t due to such unfulfilled expectations.

The staff are gems, providing exceptional guest service.
Our car was parked by the hotel and the next day, we discovered gas was stolen from it, leaving us with no proof. It felt like our concerns were completely ignored, making for a frustrating stay.

what a lovely stay! the hotel was super clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. breakfast was delish with lots of choices, and the cozy standard double room was perfect for a solo traveler like me. the shower was amazing too! definitely would come back if i’m in izmir again.
The location isn’t the best and felt a bit sketchy at night. the air conditioning could be better. it felt a bit stuffy sometimes.

Great stay in Izmir!
We loved our stay! The rooms were super spacious and had everything we needed. Their restaurant was really nice – we enjoyed in-room breakfast which was a treat. Shoutout to the staff, especially Erçun, he was so helpful. One thing tho, parking was a bit tricky at times. a lovely place to unwind!

Exceptional hospitality made this stay memorable. The breakfast featured a superb selection of freshly made Mediterranean dishes and was abundant with fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to main attractions, shopping, and dining. the room could benefit from better soundproofing, as some noise was noticeable from the surroundings. while the lobby seating area was cozy, it sometimes felt a bit overcrowded during peak hours.

The breakfast spread here offers a diverse choice that's a treat for the morning. I appreciated the luxurious shower details, which added a nice touch to the bathroom experience.
The surroundings around the hotel can feel quite untidy and dirty, taking away from the overall experience. While it has a central location, the neighborhood's beauty is questionable, and hearing the noise from the street at night can disrupt your sleep. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, which left me feeling stuffy at night, as it wouldn’t go below 23 degrees, forcing me to open the window. weak Wi-Fi connectivity often made it difficult to get work done. Parking can also be a hassle. options are limited due to nearby businesses crowding the area. Finally, the absence of an on-site restaurant for dinner makes ordering food a bit of a hassle.
